3. User Accounts and Registration

6. Billing and Payment Terms

Our subscription-based pricing includes:

• Free Trial: 30-day full access trial
• Starter Plan: $39/month
• Growth Plan: $90/month
• Scale Plan: $350/month
• Founders Pack: $579/year (Save 77%)

Payments are processed securely. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide 24/7 support and will notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

LAWCOLAB is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 30 days written notice for convenience
• Immediately for material breach of terms
• Upon discontinuation of the service

Upon termination, you will retain access to export your data for 30 days.
